Some viewed the 19th century Willard School Building
in Quincy and Clocktower Place in Lynn as structures that had outlived
their usefulness. The Dickinson team recognized their potential, and in
both instances created profitable, useful space — bringing tired
buildings into the 21st century. Dickinson takes pride in helping to preserve
